At Outsider Speciality Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality coffee and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund or return may be necessary. Please read our policy below to learn more about our procedures.
Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns And Refunds
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that still hasn’t been fulfilled and shipped, please email us anytime up to 2 days before that order’s shipping date and we’ll offer a full refund.
If you’re a business, talk about how you started and share your professional journey. Explain your core values, your commitment to customers and how you stand out from the crowd. Add a photo, gallery or video for even more engagement.
Faulty Or Damaged Products
If you buy anything from our physical and online stores and you discover it’s faulty or damaged, please email us stating your order number (or any other transaction details) and describing the issue.
In the case of faulty coffee or other edible products, we’ll offer an exchange or refund (or offer credit towards a future purchase, if you prefer).
In the case of faulty gear or merch, we’ll offer a repair first. If we can’t fix it, we’ll offer an exchange or refund (or offer credit towards a future purchase, if you prefer).
If we need any item returned to us, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. All you need to do in this case is to print it, stick it to a parcel containing the item to be returned, and drop it at any AusPost location.
Change Of Mind
If you want to return a product because you changed your mind, we can offer a refund, exchange or credit towards a future purchase—provided we receive the original item in ‘as new’ condition.
Please email us within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt and send the item to our Passo Fundo location (this will be at your cost and under your responsibility until the item arrives at our premises). Once we receive it and check it’s in ‘as new’ condition, we’ll proceed with the exchange, refund or credit (whatever you prefer, as we’ll chat via email).
Mistakes
We’re humans and not often but sometimes we may make a mistake with our order. If we’ve sent you the wrong items, or something is missing, please let us know by writing us an email and we’ll fix the issue straight away.
Repairs
If any of the products sold in our shop fails or breaks during or after their consumer gurantee and warranty periods, we can help you source the parts and components that will extend their functioning life. We even may be able to help with some coffee brewing gear products we don’t generally sell.
